Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Company Overview: OnIt Athlete is a dynamic and innovative fully licensed NIL collegiate trading card company. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Representatives. Committed to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we provide top-notch trading cards and memorabilia. OnIt Athlete plans to work with over 65 universities and 215 teams in 2024, and aims to pay student athletes over $5 million.

Position: Regional Sales Representative

Location: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking at enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to prospective clients.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Compensation: This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and incentives for exceeding targets.

Training and Support: We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration and growth. Sales associates will be equipped with demo products, sample kits, company apparel, and POS devices.
