Job summary

Futu US Inc. seeks a Trading Associate in Dallas, TX. You will support equities, options, and margin trading, delivering high-quality customer interactions while expanding your product knowledge and trading expertise.

You’ll communicate with customers across channels, resolve issues, and relay customer insights to product teams. The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, licensing advancement, and building trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience executing and managing trades across asset classes preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide efficient solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, including escalated cases.
• Voice of the customer: report pain points/opportunities to product team.
• Develop deep subject mastery and offer guidance on complex trading strategies.
• Pursue additional licenses to broaden professional expertise.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers as primary contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and customer experience.

As a Trading Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast-growing presence in the marketplace.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
• Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
• Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
• Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience

What You Bring:

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
• Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics or related field Preferred.
• Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and empathy
• Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilitiesCapable of working under high-pressure conditions
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry preferred
• Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements preferred
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of their actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions—including punctuality and attendance—while responsibly managing leave in accordance with their agreed entitlement.

*Specific shifts will be scheduled according to business needs, primarily aligning with U.S. market hours

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
