Oak Hill Advisors is seeking a Trading and Operations Analyst in Fort Worth, TX. The role partners with Operations and Trading teams to support security master functions, data onboarding, and ongoing maintenance across asset classes.

You will contribute to reconciliations, trade settlements, and corporate actions in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in financial services, with a focus on data accuracy, process improvement, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement.
• 3+ years in financial services market industry preferred.
• Experience with process improvement and risk management preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a large volume of work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof own work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with investment teams to set up issuer and security level data accurately and efficiently.
• Understand security data attributes and identify/correct potential data errors.
• Drive process improvements to enhance security master and related functions.
• Build strong partnerships and communicate across multiple internal departments.
• Navigate and reconcile large data volumes to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Assist with reconciliations, trade reviews, settlements, and corporate actions.
• Adhere to in-office hybrid schedule (Tue–Thu in-office; Mon/Fri remote) and be available for after-hours work.
