Job summary

Tidal Financial Group seeks an experienced Trading Systems Business Analyst focusing on Bloomberg to own and evolve the Trading team's platforms. You will partner with traders to optimize usage, onboarding, access, and upgrades, ensuring alignment with trading strategies and market structure.

Embedded in Trading and collaborating with Technology and Compliance, you will advocate for platform changes, monitor usage, and drive continuous optimization across Bloomberg and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Bloomberg Terminal experience in front-office
• Strong understanding of trading workflows and market data usage
• Experience onboarding users, managing entitlements, and enabling real-time pricing
• Knowledge of Bloomberg data access methods (Terminal functions, exports, APIs)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary BA and SME for Bloomberg and trading platforms
• Define and maintain standards for platform usage across the desk
• Collaborate with Trading leadership to identify gaps and optimize platform usage
• Own platform usage lifecycle: onboarding, enhancements, access changes, decommissioning
• Coordinate resolution of complex platform issues with stakeholders
