Wintermute in New York is seeking a Trading Analyst with strong Python skills to join the Americas team. You will work on the front line with traders to expand and improve trading across multiple markets and strategies, collaborating with developers to integrate and upgrade infrastructure.

Qualifications

Strong Python skills and ability to code in a collaborative development environment.
Curiosity about HFT, market making, and crypto trading.
Willingness to learn algorithmic and market-making trading.
Able to work with traders and developers.

Responsibilities

Roll out trading for new instruments.
Design, build and deploy automated infrastructure and tools to streamline trading processes across the desk.
Support in troubleshooting and debugging live trading systems, addressing any system errors.
Design and maintain data visualisations that deliver insights for traders.
Manage service deployments to ensure trading environment reliability and performance.
Conduct trade reconciliation and ensure accuracy of trade economics and settlement.
Collaborate with traders and developers to improve infrastructure and tooling.
