Quantum Computing Inc. is seeking a Tradeshow & Events Operations Coordinator to plan and execute a wide range of industry engagements. You will coordinate logistics, materials, and on‑site support, traveling to event locations as needed.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and executives to deliver professional event experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in tradeshow coordination or event operations.
• Experience supporting live events, conferences, or trade shows.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and customer events.
• Travel to event locations to provide hands‑on support before, during, and after events.
• Assist with booth setup/teardown, signage, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate logistics for freight, drayage, electrical, internet, AV, and catering.
• Maintain booth environment and manage on‑site operations.
• Support post‑event reporting and ROI analysis.
