Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production, supervise on-site activity and manage shows from planning through invoicing in the Renton, WA area. This role reports to the Associate/Director of Client Services.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple events. Travel up to 25–50% may be required; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar preferred
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively
• Capable of running new/modified processes
• Proficient in multisystem management
• Ability to foster customer relationships
• Travel 25-50%
• General accounting and finance knowledge
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Understands and works in lateral work streams
• Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Occasional nights, weekends and on showsite

Responsibilities

• Manage shows from planning through invoicing, including floor plan management, work orders and service kits
• Coordinate with show management, exhibitors, facility staff and vendors
• Ensure events meet budget guidelines and forecast costs
• Participate in Show Planning and monitor KPIs
• Understand pricing models and products/services
• Adhere to standard operating procedures
• May work long hours during peak months
• Travel up to 50% as required
