Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision at venues for multiple accounts. The role reports to the Associate/Director of Client Services and involves managing shows from planning through invoicing.

Responsibilities include budgeting, client liaison, floor plan management, and collaboration across internal teams to ensure flawless event execution and KPI management.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.
• Travel 25-50%
• General accounting and finance knowledge.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Understands and works in lateral work streams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shows from planning through invoicing and ensure all service components are delivered as planned.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
• Oversee floor plan management, write work orders, and distribute service kits.
• Work with internal departments to ensure work orders are completed and shows are set up and torn down.
• Generate show invoices and monitor collections within budget guidelines.
• Act as liaison with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain budget responsibility, forecasts, and KPI tracking for assigned events.
• Understand pricing models and estimation in relation to events.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and job-specific processes.
