Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. seeks a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision at venues for diverse accounts. This role reports to the Associate/Director of Client Services and requires strong budgeting, client liaison, and multi-system management skills.

Travel up to 50% is expected. The candidate should have a college degree preferred and 2+ years in tradeshow/convention or hospitality, with a proven ability to manage multiple processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and processes.
• Strong customer-relations mindset and problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting and financial awareness.
• Comfort with traveling 25–50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee tradeshow production from planning to invoice collection.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and manage expectations.
• Manage floor plans, write work orders, and oversee service kits.
• Liaise with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel and vendors.
• Ensure events align with budget guidelines and forecast finances.
• Support Show Planning process and monitor key performance indicators.
• Understand pricing models and product/services offerings.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
