Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager to coordinate tradeshow production and provide on-site supervision at venues. The role reports to the Associate/Director of Client Services.

You will manage shows from planning to invoicing, collaborate with clients to influence decisions and oversee budget-driven event execution. Occasional travel is required, and work may occur nights or weekends during events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• (2) year's experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
• Capable of running new/modified processes.
• Proficient in multisystem management.
• Ability to foster customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shows from planning through invoicing and ensure on-site supervision at venues.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and manage expectations.
• Oversee floor plan management, work orders, service kits, and set-up/tear down of shows.
• Communicate with show management, exhibitors, facility staff, production personnel and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, forecasting and adherence to fiscal guidelines for events.
• Support Show Planning processes and track defined KPIs.
