Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in skilled trades recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with CEIPAL ATS. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, with a competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within skilled trades, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or shipbuilding environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly craft personnel.
• Experience using ATS platforms; CEIPAL experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of skilled trade talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, community outreach, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate activity within CEIPAL ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress against workforce plans.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives.

This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce demands.The ideal candidate has experience recruiting skilled trades personnel in high-volume environments and possesses strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills.
