A valid driver’s license and basic high school education are required. The position is located in Forestville, MD and involves essential duties, safety protocols, and participation in snow/ice and emergency operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training accepted.
• Experience working as a skilled craft helper.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual work in constructing drainage structures and highway components such as curbs, gutters, driveways, and steps.
• Assist Masonry Mechanics as needed.
• Operate or drive vehicles and equipment requiring a valid license.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition and perform cleaning duties.
• Complete pre- and post-checks on vehicles and equipment.
