Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain ESPN's global trademark portfolio; file applications and renewals.
• Review watch notices and track infringing domain names.
• Conduct screening searches and prepare internal reports.
• Draft cease and desist letters and process takedowns.
• Draft and review trademark and other contracts through signature.
• Set up matters in Tracker and manage billing.
• Interface with attorneys, outside counsel, and business leads.
• Ensure proper trademark use in products and marketing.
