Job summary

ESPN, Inc. seeks a Paralegal Specialist to handle trademark prosecution and enforcement, and to draft and review trademark-related contracts. You will interface with in-house attorneys, outside counsel, and business leads while managing a broad range of para-professional duties in the Legal department.

The role requires strong knowledge of trademark processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with high volumes and confidential material. Bristol, CT based, full time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of applicable legal experience.
• Expertise in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
• Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ESPN’s global trademark portfolio with filings and renewals.
• Reviews watch notices and tracks infringing domain names.
• Drafts and edits trademark-related contracts and other documents.
• Sets up matters in Tracker, reviews invoices, and handles billing reconciliation.
• Interacts with in-house attorneys, outside counsel, and business leads.
