Job summary

The role includes calendar management, mail coordination, and client communications to support a busy IP/IT practice. The candidate should be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and comfortable handling confidential information while working across offices.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in domestic trademark prosecution and oppositions.
• Experience managing foreign filings through foreign counsel.
• Ability to perform trademark clearance searches and organize mail and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file trademark applications, amendments, statements of use, and renewals with USPTO and foreign offices.
• Manage and update the trademark docket and deadlines.
• Correspond with clients and respond to inquiries; report status of active matters.
• Provide support in litigation and enforcement matters as needed.
• Coordinate mail, calendar, and internal/external communications.
