Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of trademark legal assistant experience.
• Experience with TTAB opposition, cancellation proceedings, and trademark litigation.
• Strong knowledge of trademark prosecution and docket management.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Assist with TTAB opposition and litigation support.
