Merchant & Gould P.C., a leading intellectual property law firm, is looking for a Trademark Legal Assistant based in Minneapolis. In this role, you will provide support for various trademark processes and manage dockets for trademark attorneys.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of trademark legal assistant experience, preferably in an IP law firm.
• Experience supporting TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings; trademark litigation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark prosecution and docket management.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of U.S. and international trademark prosecution.
• Assist attorneys with TTAB opposition and litigation support.
• Maintain and review trademark docketing systems.
