Job summary

MERCHANT & GOULD PC, a leading intellectual property law firm, is looking for a Trademark Legal Assistant. This role is essential to support trademark attorneys and involves handling trademark prosecution, TTAB opposition and litigation tasks, and managing dockets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of trademark legal assistant experience, preferably in an IP law firm.
• Experience supporting TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings; trademark litigation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark prosecution and docket management.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in U.S. and international trademark prosecution.
• Assist with TTAB opposition and litigation support tasks.
• Maintain and monitor trademark docketing systems.
