Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of trademark and copyright experience, a JD, active bar membership, and strong writing and analytical abilities to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant trademark and copyright experience.
- Active state bar membership and CLE compliance.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Strong analytical skills for complex legal analysis.
- Effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution.
- Review clearance searches and prepare responses to PTO office actions.
- Prepare and respond to cease and desist letters and handle enforcement matters.
- Manage domain name disputes, UDRP actions, and TTAB proceedings.
- Engage in matters related to trademarks and social media platforms.
