Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco seeks a Trademark, Copyright & Media Associate with at least two years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation and counseling. You will handle portfolio management, clearance strategies, and drafting briefs and contracts, while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a JD from a recognized school; AmLaw 100 experience is a plus, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment is expected. Hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in trademark and copyright counseling and litigation.
• Experience with clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management.
• Background in IP provisions in commercial transactions.
• Graduated from a nationally recognized law school; AmLaw 100 background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft briefs and contracts with clear, persuasive writing.
• Manage complex IP cases from inception to resolution.
