Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Trademark Associate (Prosecution) in San Diego, CA to work with experienced attorneys on branding strategies across industries. This role focuses on prosecution, enforcement, litigation, licensing, and advertising matters, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of trademark and copyright experience, a JD, active bar membership, and strong writing and analytical abilities to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team

Qualifications

• Active state bar membership and CLE compliance.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical skills for complex legal analysis.
• Effective communication with diverse clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution.
• Review clearance searches and prepare responses to PTO office actions.
• Prepare and respond to cease and desist letters and handle enforcement matters.
• Manage domain name disputes, UDRP actions, and TTAB proceedings.
• Engage in matters related to trademarks and social media platforms.
