We are looking for a Trademark Paralegal to join our existing trademark practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in IP or trademark searches, filing, and prosecution processes. Strong knowledge of trademark law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously are essential. The Trademark Paralegal should be willing to work a hybrid schedule from the D.C. area.
The good faith base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $85,000 per year. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as experience, education, and overall qualifications.
