We have an immediate opening for a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. Trademark litigation/TTAB experience is a threshold requirement. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred.

• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
• Excellent academic credentials, commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated judgment and ability to manage multiple projects.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
