Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trademark preparation and prosecution, including application drafting and responding to office actions.
• Knowledge of USPTO practice and TTAB proceedings.
• Experience handling domestic and international portfolios, conducting clearance searches, and counseling.
• Experience with Madrid Protocol filings and subsequent designations
• Excellent communication, writing, research and analytical skills; team focused.
• U.S. State bar admission.
