Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a trademark associate for its global brand practice across a multitude of industries for its New York and Seattle offices. The salary for this position is between $215k to $290k.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, performing clearance searches, and handling TTAB proceedings, trademark enforcement matters, and IP due diligence.
• Experience with SAEGIS and/or Corsearch search databases preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
