Our client is an well-regarded international firm, seeking a qualified trademark attorney for its Intellectual Property practice in Los Angeles. The salary range for this position is between $260k and $295k.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in domestic and international trademark preparation and prosecution, IP transactions and litigation.
• Experience responding to office actions, conducting clearance searches, and drafting/negotiating a range of IP agreements, including licensing, assignment, confidentiality, and technology transfer agreements.
• Working with clients on IP strategy, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
• Experience with TTAB oppositions, cancellations, and infringement proceedings.
• Experience conducting legal research and preparing memoranda and pleadings related to IP disputes.
• Assist in IP rights enforcement and defense against infringement claims.
• Excellent analytical, drafting negotiation, and communication/interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
