Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a Trademark Assistant to support the Practice Systems Department with essential administrative tasks. The role involves drafting standard correspondence, managing calendars, and assisting with invoice processing for vendors and clients.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.

• The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location
• • In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay range is $26.15 - $32.82 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $51,000 - $64,000 annually.
  • In Boston and San Diego, the estimated starting pay range is $30.21 - $37.91 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $55,000 - $69,000 annually.
  • In Washington, D.C., the estimated starting pay range is $30.25 - $37.94 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
  • In New York and Silicon Valley, the estimated starting pay range is $32.41 - $40.65 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
