Job summary

Fish & Richardson, a premier global IP law firm, seeks a Trademark Assistant in a hybrid role with 2 in-office days per week. You will support legal staff, draft standard documents, process invoices, and maintain filing systems in a fast-paced practice systems environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1+ years’ administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm
• Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or equivalent experience
• This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.

• The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location
  • In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay range is $26.15 - $32.82 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $51,000 - $64,000 annually.
  • In Boston and San Diego, the estimated starting pay range is $30.21 - $37.91 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $55,000 - $69,000 annually.
  • In Washington, D.C., the estimated starting pay range is $30.25 - $37.94 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
  • In New York and Silicon Valley, the estimated starting pay range is $32.41 - $40.65 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
