Job summary

Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a Trademark Assistant to provide administrative support to the legal staff and paralegals. You will prepare standard correspondence, review vendor invoices, maintain filing systems, and manage calendars for the legal team.

• The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location
• • In Minneapolis, the estimated starting pay range is $26.15 - $32.82 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $51,000 - $64,000 annually.
  • In Boston and San Diego, the estimated starting pay range is $30.21 - $37.91 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $55,000 - $69,000 annually.
  • In Washington, D.C., the estimated starting pay range is $30.25 - $37.94 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
  • In New York and Silicon Valley, the estimated starting pay range is $32.41 - $40.65 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek), which is equivalent to $59,000 - $74,000 annually.
