Job summary

T3 Services Group is seeking an experienced HR/Recruiting professional to join our HR team and lead attracting and hiring top trades talent. You will manage full-cycle recruiting and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

This hybrid role offers on-site days and some remote work, with opportunities to travel to our Texas locations. You will leverage an ATS, source passive candidates, and participate in job fairs and school events to build a strong talent

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience in the trades or similar field.
• Experience using an ATS for recruiting operations.
• Ability to work on-site as needed.
• Strong candidate experience focus and talent pipeline building.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for trades roles.
• Sourcing passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for candidate experience.
• Manage ad spend and budgets.
• Participate in trade schools, job fairs, open houses.

Job Duties:

• Full cycle recruiting
• Sourcing passive candidates
• Collaboration with hiring managers for an excellent candidate experience

• Opportunity to learn On-boarding to support HR

What You Need:

• Experience working in Recruiting for 3+ years
• Prior experience working in an ATS for all recruiting operational duties
• Must have the ability to work on site, as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)
• Passion about a great candidates experience and building a talent pipeline
• Detail oriented to maintain accurate notes and handle all pre-hire requirements
