Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze and compare client contracts for dates, rates, and product details.
• Audit client events to validate deductions and maintain financial integrity.
• Drive timely reconciliation between client requests, deduction balances, and timelines.
• Own KPIs for open deduction balances and report client KPI metrics.
• Provide problem-solving support for Global Business Services, including SOP updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration through regular cadences with teams.
