Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Denver seeks a Service Associate to support front desk operations and branch oversight. You will handle document maintenance, money movement, trade support and approvals, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with the Service Manager to uphold service levels.

Requirements include 5+ years in the industry, a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong writing and client service skills, and licensing readiness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of industry experience required.
• Demonstrated strong performance in current role for the prior 2 years, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Manage documents with quality reviews for accuracy and completeness, scanning and electronic filing.
• Oversee and distribute mail, including time stamping and distribution at multiple points.
• Perform basic money movement functions such as check deposits and cash approvals.
• Assist with processing of trade adjustments and responding to operational alerts.
• Execute actionable items to meet service level expectations promptly.
• Support audit preparedness and regulatory compliance.
