Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of Trade Support or Finance Operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills to understand cross-asset products and complex workflows.
• Detail-oriented with a control mindset and experience in reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Effective organization and communication skills.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate with senior leaders.
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
• Extensive financial instrument product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand transaction flows and controls for TCIO products; ensure controls operate effectively to highlight issues.
• Address and escalate issues as they arise urgently.
• Collaborate with Funding Front Office to capture and settle collateral movements and funding flows.
• Collaborate with CIO Portfolio Managers to ensure accurate capture of executed activities.
• Identify opportunities and drive technology development to support business flows.
• Generate test cases and perform user acceptance testing for new technology.
• Participate in global working groups and cross-discipline collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong business, operations and technology relationships.
• Join a team of professionals who are engaged and contributing to the health of the business.
