Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Middle Office Trade Support professional within the TCIO North America team. You will help ensure controls, support daily processing, and collaborate across settlement, risk, and technology to safeguard the firm’s asset lifecycle.

The role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and strong communication as you work with Portfolio Managers to capture activities, test new technology, and participate in regional and global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Trade Support or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills to understand cross-asset products and end-to-end workflows.
• Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset and reconciliation experience.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and system enhancement.
• Extensive knowledge of financial instruments.
• Self-motivation and urgency in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand transaction flows and controls across products in the TCIO portfolio.
• Identify and escalate issues promptly.
• Coordinate collateral movements and funding flows with the Front Office.
• Work with CIO Portfolio Managers to ensure accurate capture of activities.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to technology development for business flows.
• Create test cases and perform user acceptance testing for new tech.
• Participate in global initiatives and cross-discipline collaboration.
• Build strong business, operations and technology relationships.
• Be part of a team dedicated to the health of the business.
