Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a skilled Trade Support professional to ensure proper controls and efficient end-to-end workflows within TCIO. You will interact with Funding Front Office and CIO Portfolio Managers to capture activities and support collateral movements.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment across multiple risk and control domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Trade Support or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills to understand cross-asset products and workflows.
• Detail-oriented with a strong control mindset and experience in reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Effective organization and communication skills.
• Demonstrated executive presence with ability to communicate with senior leaders.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and system enhancement.
• Extensive financial instrument product knowledge.
• Self-motivate, drive urgency and deliver with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Understand transaction flows and controls for products in the TCIO portfolio; ensure control processes operate effectively to highlight issues.
• Address and escalate issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with Funding Front Office to ensure collateral movements and funding flows are captured and settled.
• Collaborate with CIO Portfolio Managers to ensure accurate capture of activities.
• Identify opportunities and drive the development of technology; generate test cases and perform user acceptance testing.
• Support business initiatives and participate in global working groups with colleagues from other disciplines or regions.
• Build and maintain strong business, operations and technology relationships.
• Be part of a team of professionals who are trained, engaged and contribute to the health of the business.
