Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Trade Support, Associate in Newark, DE to join the Middle Office Trade Support team within TCIO. You will work with Portfolio Managers and settlement teams to ensure accurate, timely execution and controls across multiple products.

The role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration, and driving efficiency through process improvements. The candidate will understand lifecycle workflows, perform reconciliations, and help manage risks in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Trade Support or relevant Finance Operations experience.
Strong analytical skills to understand cross-asset products and end-to-end workflows.
Detail-oriented with a solid control mindset and reconciliation experience.
Keen attention to detail and a methodical problem-solving approach.
Effective organization and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Understand transaction flows and controls for TCIO products and ensure control processes operate effectively.
Address issues promptly as they arise.
Collaborate with Funding Front Office to ensure collateral movements and funding flows are captured and settled.
Collaborate with CIO Portfolio Managers for accurate capture of activities.
Identify opportunities and drive tech development to support business flows.
Generate test cases and perform UAT to verify new tech functionality.
Participate in global projects and cross-discipline teams.
Build strong relationships with business, operations and technology teams.
Work with a professional team focused on health of the business.
