Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, DE, is seeking a Trade Support Analyst within the TCIO Middle Office to ensure accurate lifecycle management of cross-asset products and robust controls.

You will work with Portfolio Managers, Funding Front Office, and CIO to capture activities, test new technology, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 3 years in trade support or finance operations and strong analytical, organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Trade Support or Finance Operations experience
• Strong analytical skills for cross‑asset products and end‑to‑end workflows
• Detail oriented with a solid control mindset and reconciliation experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand transaction flows and controls across TCIO products; ensure control processes operate effectively
• Address and resolve issues promptly as they arise
• Collaborate with Funding Front Office to capture and settle collateral movements and funding flows
• Work with CIO Portfolio Managers to ensure accurate capture of executed activities
• Identify opportunities and drive development of technology to support business flows
• Create test cases and perform user acceptance testing for new technology
• Engage in global working groups and partner with colleagues across regions
• Build strong relationships with business, operations and technology teams
