Job summary

Screwfix is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the Trade Sales Counter, providing excellent service to plumbers and electricians and helping customers select the right products. You will manage your own KPI-set, drive sales, and onboard new customers.

You’ll mentor and motivate the team, fostering a friendly, reliable store environment while upholding high service standards and developing your skills through our training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building with customers and team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for Trade customers at the counter and help them find what they need.
• Own and drive KPIs for your store, including sales and onboarding new customers.
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver excellent service and build a strong store reputation.
