• Store standards – alongside the Retail Branch Manager, ensure smooth operation from front of house to the warehouse and maintain high standards.
• Inspire your team – lead by example and motivate the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Store management – budgets, rotas and payroll, P&L analysis, stock control and driving profitability.
