Bake’n Joy Foods, Inc. is seeking a Trade Spend Analyst to manage the financial administration of customer promotional spend and the full lifecycle of deductions.

You will work between Finance and Sales to ensure accurate configurations, proper support, and substantiation before payments or deductions are cleared. Your role includes partnering with Sales, Accounts Receivable, brokers, and customers to resolve disputes, support month-end close, and improve upstream processes through analysis of

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience with trade spend and customer deductions preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate marketing and customer promotional programs before system setup.
• Develop, input, and maintain pricing, accrual specifications, and trade program data in the ERP.
• Determine and prepare payment requests for promotional programs.
• Validate deductions against approved programs and supporting docs.
• Own the deduction lifecycle from identification to final resolution.
• Maintain deduction aging and open-item reporting with ownership and next steps.
