USALCO is seeking a proactive Trade Show & Internal Communications Manager to own our show calendar, coordinate end-to-end event logistics, and manage booth assets for national and regional events across North America.

You will also drive internal communications, translating company news for employees and maintaining a cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, HR, and Operations. Remote-friendly and travel required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of trade show and event management experience in B2B/industrial/manufacturing markets.
• Strong writing and editing skills with samples of internal or corporate communications.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM for lead capture and campaign tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through, with the self-direction to thrive in a remote role.
• Ability to travel up to 35%, including some weekends, and lift booth materials up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Own the calendar of national, regional, and state shows and decide attendance, sponsorship, or skip.
• Run end-to-end logistics for events: registration, booth space, shipping, hotels, staffing.
• Manage booth assets: graphics, inventory, maintenance, vendor relations.
• Align the team by setting objectives with Sales and coordinating staffing, demos, and meetings.
• Plan pre-show outreach, onsite materials, giveaways, and post-show follow-up with content/digital teams.
• Capture leads at shows and ensure Salesforce landing for follow-up.
• Track spend, manage vendor contracts, and generate post-show reports.
• Plan customer and partner events such as training sessions.
