Based in Cleveland, OH or Philadelphia, PA, you will liaise between traders, brokers, and custodians to ensure trade settlement and monitor process performance. The role requires knowledge of the investment flow, experience with portfolio systems (Charles River, CTM, APX, DTCC preferred), and strong communication with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a critical operational trade settlement service and monitor performance metrics.
• Escalate and resolve production issues; act as escalation point for exceptions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; drive risk mitigation.
