Job summary

Abercrombie & Kent USA is seeking a Trade Sales Support Specialist to deliver service and operational support to Travel Advisor partners and the Trade Sales team. This role combines partner support, CRM administration, data governance, and sales operations to ensure efficient operations and a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, sales support, or related administrative role.
• Experience in hospitality or travel industry a plus.
• Experience using a CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and operational support to Travel Advisors and internal Sales teams, addressing inquiries related to bookings, promotions, policies, commissions, and account information.
• Assist Travel Advisors with the A&K Trade Hub, including account validation, user access, login assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as SME in CRM, data governance standards, and Sales SOPs, providing guidance and training to internal team members as needed.
• Create, maintain, and update Travel Advisor and Travel Agency accounts in the CRM, including data cleanup initiatives and commission inquiries.
• Log, audit, track, and follow up on partner requests, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Trade Sales, including account requests, sales activities, event logistics, and vendor invoices.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data accuracy, enhancing the Travel Advisor experience.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve partner concerns and challenges.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Director.
