Job summary

Abercrombie & Kent USA is seeking a Trade Sales Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service and operational support to Travel Advisor partners and the Trade Sales team. The role combines partner support, CRM administration, data governance, and sales operations to ensure accurate account information and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, sales support, sales operations, or related administrative role.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data governance practices.
• Hospitability or travel industry exposure is a plus.
• Hybrid role based in Downers Grove, IL with onsite work several days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and operational support to Travel Advisors and internal Sales teams, addressing inquiries related to bookings, promotions, policies, commissions, and account information.
• Assist Travel Advisors with the A&K Trade Hub, including account validation, user access, login assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as SME in CRM, data governance, and Sales SOPs; provide guidance and training to team members.
• Create and maintain Travel Advisor and Travel Agency accounts in the CRM, including data cleanup, consortium affiliations, banking registrations, commission inquiries, and other global Sales Administration tasks.
• Log, audit, track, and follow up on partner requests with accuracy and timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with cross-functional collaboration.
