Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Trade Sales Planning Manager to own the national forecast and SKU-level projections. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to define and manage the forecast process and drive accuracy across banners and SKUs.

You will develop tools for CPM input, present insights to leadership, and train teams on new forecasting tools and processes to support on-time, optimal product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or MS degree in Business, Quantitative Science or related field.
• 4+ years professional experience in Consumer Goods or Retail preferred.
• Expert-level Excel skills including Pivot tables, Power Pivot, lookups, and advanced formulas.
• Expert-level data visualization skills in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong experience in data analytics, forecasting, planning, and developing projections and estimates.
• Experience in statistics: descriptive stats, correlation, regression, hypothesis testing and inference.
• Team player with strong communication and stakeholder consulting.
• SAPSpring or other sales data systems experience preferred.
• Experience with statistical modeling software (R or Python) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast in collaboration with NAMs and Sales Directors using insights, tools, and resources.
• Lead bottom-up forecast builds from sales teams with statistical methods.
• Oversee trade sales volume planning and analysis across small format channels.
• Influence leadership with data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy and align trade spend.
• Deliver training for forecast processes and new tool rollouts.
• Collaborate to understand demand drivers by SKU and outlet type for existing and new products.
• Develop scalable processes and reports to automate inputs and workflows.
