Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson is seeking motivated, customer-focused people to join our branch teams. You will help customers find the right solutions, process quotes and orders, and build relationships with electricians and contractors.

This role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge and opportunity for growth into internal sales and leadership across a national electrical wholesaler network.

Qualifications

• Electrical apprenticeship completed or currently in related trade.
• Familiar with electrical products and trade customers.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and a willingness to help people.
• Reliable, organised and team-focused approach.
• Confidence using computer-based quoting and ordering systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, solutions-focused service at the trade counter, over the phone and by email.
• Prepare quotes, process orders and ensure timely delivery of correct products.
• Use electrical knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Build trusted relationships with trade customers, suppliers and branch colleagues.

Lawrence & Hanson is looking for motivated, customer-focused people to join our branch teams. You will use your understanding of electrical products and trade environments to help customers find the right solutions, process quotes and orders, and build strong relationships with electricians and contractors. What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, solutions-focused service at the trade counter, over the phone and by email
• Prepare quotes, process orders and follow through to ensure customers receive the right products on time
• Use your electrical knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Build trusted relationships with trade customers, suppliers and branch colleagues
• Contribute to branch sales goals and identify opportunities to support customers
• Continue developing your product, customer service and sales capability

What You'll Bring

• Experience as an electrical apprentice, electrical trade assistant or in a related trade environment
• Familiarity with electrical products, terminology and the needs of trade customers
• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and an interest in helping people
• A reliable, organised and team-focused approach
• Confidence using-or learning-computer-based quoting and ordering systems
