Lawrence & Hanson is Australia’s trusted electrical wholesaler seeking a commercially minded Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving sales growth and a positive team culture.

You will develop a branch business plan, oversee operations and P&L, and grow the customer base through proactive trade sales and counter service. You will coach staff and build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Formación

• Experience in electrical wholesale, trade sales, industrial supply or a similar customer-facing sales environment.
• Understanding of trade customers and ability to build trust through service, reliability and product knowledge.
• Commercially focused, self-driven and confident managing sales, operations and branch performance.
• Natural people leader with experience coaching and developing a team.
• Electrical product knowledge valued, but strong trade sales or wholesale experience is essential.

• Partner with suppliers to ensure customers have access to the right products, advice and solutions.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded leader who understands trade customers, branch operations and the importance of building trusted local relationships. As Branch Manager, you will lead the branch to deliver strong sales growth, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.

• Lead and manage a busy electrical wholesale branch with a focus on profitability, service and growth
• Use your trade sales, wholesale or branch experience to identify and convert new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors, trades, suppliers and local customers
• Coach and develop a capable branch team to deliver a great customer experience every day
