Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of NJ and NY is seeking a Trade Sales Consultant in Paramus. You will drive sales by developing strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and other trade partners, offering a full line of Pella window and door solutions.

You will network, generate referrals, and meet individual sales goals while delivering excellent customer service and product expertise. This role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience.
Proven ability to network and nurture client relationships.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
