Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of NJ and NY is seeking a Territory Trade Sales Consultant II for Monmouth or Ocean County. You will drive outside sales, build the Pella brand in the trade channel, and develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers and trade associations.

You will target new customers while maintaining strong loyalty with existing accounts, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction and growth in market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years outside sales experience.
• Strong CRM skills and ability to manage accounts.
• Relational selling approach with builders, contractors and trade organizations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Network, generate leads and referrals.
• Represent Pella at events, trade shows and builder meetings.
• Develop new customers while growing loyalty with existing relationships.
• Respond to client concerns and resolve issues with first‑time fixes where possible.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitive landscape.
• Build strong relationships with customers through consultative selling and follow‑up.
