Flexport, Inc. invites graduates to join an 18-month Rotational Development Program designed to blend supply chain operations with technology. You will rotate through Gateway Ops, Customs, and Sales/Account Management, tackling live, revenue-generating work and earning AI/low-code certifications along the way.

Qualifications

On track to graduate or recent graduate; build a career at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology.
Curious about AI and low-code tooling; build real fluency.
Able to operate with minimal supervision, manage a high volume of work and communicate clearly under pressure.
Willing to take real ownership from day one with live client and business work.
Compliance-first mindset due to a heavily regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Rotate through three functions, six months each, with AI/low-code curriculum running across all three.
Gateway Ops: own shipment lifecycle, execute bookings, manage exceptions, ensure data integrity, and build initial automation and reporting skills.
Customs: become a global trade expert navigating customs regulations while applying SQL, workflow automation, and Lean process improvement.
Sales / Account Management: contribute to go-to-market work and develop client-facing capabilities; present a capstone solution to leadership.
